将密度提高 3倍

当生产测试机架空间增加且您需要尽量减少增加新测试机架的需求时，与传统 2U 外形的 SMU 相比，2606B 可以在同一机架区域中增加更多通道容量。

方便堆叠和安放；无需增加 1U 隔热间距；相同机架空间内的通道数提高 3倍；通道数相同但占用空间减少 3倍。


兼具两台 26028 的功能

在1U 外形中体验相当于业内优·秀的 Keithley 26028 系统 SourceMeter 的优异测量完整性、同步、速度和精度。26068 也与 2602B 使用同样的模拟、数字 //O 和 TSP Link 连接器，实现无缝迁

移。

0.015% 基本测量精度；61/2 位分辨率；100nA 低电流范围与 2pA 灵敏度；8 针 Phoenix 模拟和 25 针数字 Ⅳ/O 连接器。



系统性能提供无与·伦比的生产吞吐量

测试脚本处理器 (TSP®)技术可在 SMU 仪器内嵌入和执行完整测试程序，提供优异性能。TSP-Link® 技术支持扩展多达 64 条通道，支持高速、SMU-per-pin 并行测试(而不使用主机)。<500 ns 时

This section summarizes the warranties of the Series 2606B. For complete warranty information, refer to the Series 2606B Reference Manual. Any portion of the product that is not manufactured by Keithley is not covered by this warranty and Keithley will have no duty to enforce any other manufacturer’s warranties.

Hardware Warranty
Keithley Instruments, Inc. warrants the Keithley manufactured portion of the hardware for a period of one year from defects in materials or workmanship; provided that such defect has not been caused by use of the Keithley hardware which is not in accordance with the hardware instructions. The warranty does not apply upon any modification of Keithley hardware made by the customer or operation of the hardware outside the environmental specifications.

Software Warranty
Keithley warrants for the Keithley produced portion of the software or firmware will conform in all material respects with the published specifications for a period of ninety (90) days; provided the software is used on the product for which it is intended in accordance with the software instructions.
